1. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our content and instant access upon successful payment, CA Testtonic maintains a strict No Refund Policy.

  • No refunds for any reason such as lack of interest, personal reasons, or change in academic plans.
  • Ensure you review the plan details thoroughly before purchasing.

2. Exceptions to Refund Policy

Refunds may be granted only under the following special conditions:

  • Duplicate payments for the same test plan.
  • Technical failure resulting in no access after payment.
  • Proven service delivery failure on our part.

All requests must be submitted within 24 hours of payment with valid proof (e.g., transaction ID, screenshot). Verified cases will be refunded within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.

3. Plan Modification & Upgrade

Users may request plan upgrades (e.g., from one subject to full group) within 24 hours of purchase. Approval is subject to our team’s discretion. Downgrades and partial refunds are not allowed.
